ON-SITE AUCTION INFORMATION FOR SELLERS-On-site is a term we use for “Live ” Auctions held at the sellers residence, farm, place of business, or other desired location. Typically these are large auctions with plenty of space for set-up & parking for the buyers. Farley’s Auction is capable of holding your auction as quick as you’d like, but we recommend at least 3 weeks to a month to market & advertise you sale. The sooner you call the sooner we can start planning and preparing. First we sit down with the seller and go over the process and what you can expect. Fees and commission depend on the size and potential of your auction, and the advertising cost depends on what you the seller will allow. We do our best to minimize your advertising cost but at the same time get the word out to as many potential buyers as possible. After a auction contract has been approved and signed our staff will start getting pictures and a listing of items to be sold is made. From there it will go to our websites, fliers, emailed to our broad customer list, sent to our social media customers and then published in the newspapers. We provide the seller with all the equipment to set-up and conduct an auction. Our auctioneers, clerks, cashiers, ringmen and set-up crew conduct themselves professionally throughout your auction and will assist you in any way they can to insure a smooth auction experience for you the seller. After your auction we will go over in detail your final settlement and in most cases you will receive your money the same day. We are dedicated to help you get the best possible prices out of your real estate, machinery, business assets, auto’s, equipment, antiques, collectibles, guns, coins, furniture or other valuable pieces. ONSITE AUCTION INFORMATION FOR BUYERS- We will always give the best description possible to any item we sell and disclose any problems we are made aware of by the seller. There is no buyers premiums at our “live” on-site auctions for those who attend. The only fee you are responsible for is if you use a credit card for payment, or if tax is required. Certain items will not be allowed to leave the owners property until the check clears the bank. Absentee bids may be left with us, but will need to be settled on immediately following the auction. We will require your credit card information before we will accept a absentee bid. everything at our auctions is sold as-is where-is unless we state otherwise.
